The Joglo House home was originally built in Java in the 17th century, using traditional hardwoods. From there it travelled to Bali, where I found it as a run-down storehouse for antiques. After I purchased the home, it was renovated, then taken apart and shipped in pieces to Koro Island in Fiji. Here, with the help of some good friends, the home was rebuilt on a lush 4 acre property overlooking Dere Bay with a view of several islands in the distance. The home is now filled with items from my travels, a collection of antiques from the South Seas, and a 400 volume library. Originally built as an oasis for myself, i do occasionally rent it out. The home has been featured in several magazines, documentaries and TV shows.
